About
Cosmonaut Frog is a one-person indie studio where I handle everything: design, code, and art.
By day, I am a Software Engineer specialized in backend with Django. However, my passion for game dev started back in 2011 (around age 14) when I first messed around with RPG Maker. After establishing my career in software, I decided to take game development seriously. Following a Game of Life project, I released Neural Merge, a Suika-like game.
To master the Godot engine, I also tackled a couple of ambitious, incomplete projects that taught me a ton: Kingdoms and Commerce (an RTS where I learned ECS architecture) and R'lyeh Awakens (a multiplayer card game built with a GoLang backend and Godot client).
Right now, I am pouring all my spare time into Gravenwich Shadows, a medieval ARPG.
I occasionally write about my journey and technical process. If you're interested, you can follow my devlog.
